"Dealing with this specific agent and State Farm in general has been a nightmare. Our car was totaled when a police officer hit us doing a u turn on a highway and every step of the process has been a nightmare. At no point were they understanding or helpful. It took us 11 months to get a deductible back and we had to get a lawyer to help with medical bills. Why pay these people when they aren’t there when you need them? Gary is almost impossible to get ahold of and when you do reach someone they say they can’t help. What is the point in having a local agent if they don’t actually do anything. In addition to the accident issue they raised our rates and are now canceling our insurance because my college age nephew lives with us. Our new company said it’s a simple over the phone question verifying that he doesn’t drive my car. Did Gary bother to call after everything he knew we’d been through, nope just cancels us. That’s fine because we were just waiting on our deductible to get the hell out anyway. Good luck dealing with these people. Plenty of better companies for less money and better service."

"The staff here is remarkably thoughtful and attentive. Gary even came to my house when I was bedridden to go over my homeowners policy options, and if you must go to the Agency it is well worth the trip. Many spots have got the wi-fi but Gary's super cozy "Good Neighbor Lounge" sets the standard in customer waiting areas. I suppose the only problem I see is Marissa and Natahan are so efficient there's little excuse to linger there."
